We choose to work only with the most spectacular diamonds, that deliver on our commitment of quality, ethics and sustainability. Our lab-grown diamonds are Cut and Color certified to D - F Colour, VS1 - VVS2+ Clarity and Excellent Cut, Polish and Symmetry.

Lab diamonds chemically, physically and optically are the same as a mined diamond. They are cut in the same way, the diamonds.

Lab diamonds represent a more affordable alternative, roughly between $2,000 and $7,500 for 1.0ct stones, they are significantly more affordable compared to natural counterparts.

HOW ARE LAB DIAMONDS GROWN?

There are two common techniques structures to grow lab diamonds. The Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) methods.

Both methods produce diamonds that are molecularly identical to natural diamonds, preserving the brilliance, durability, and fire.

THE CVD METHOD

Each lab diamond begins its growth journey from a tiny diamond 'seed' derived from an existing diamond. The seed is carefully positioned within a growth chamber. Inside the chamber, a plasma ball of intense heat creates carbon rain, mimicking the natural process of diamond formation. Under the influence of intense heat, the carbon atoms are broken down, dropping pure carbon rain down onto the diamond seed. Over the course of several weeks, a new diamond grows layer by layer, matching the atomic structure of the seed.

THE HPHT METHOD

The second method places a diamond seed into a specialized chamber capable of producing extreme pressure. High purity carbon material, typically graphite, is subjected to intense pressure and heat. Under the environment, the carbon starts to dissolve within a molten metal flux, slowly growing towards the diamond seed, initiating the growth of a diamond crystal. Subsequently, the diamond undergoes cutting, polishing and grading by accredited laboratories, including the GIA.
